who, what, Zwitsal.

I've told you allready about my bathing stuff but I did not tell you where I use it for.

I'm not gonna lie that I'm a Zwitsal addict.

So in this blog I will tell you about the products that I have (I've got new ones also).

 Bathing oil.
Sometimes I use this for in her bath. The oil brings a protective layer on the baby's skin. This prevents dehydration and take care of the skin.

 When I do not use the oil I use this to soap my baby girl her hair, and body.
With one push on the bottle delicious foam comes out.

This is my baby girl her shampoo. I do not use this a lot because she does not have a lots of hair.
But sometimes when I do not take her in bath but her hair is sticky of all the milk she spit out I will do a quick wash with this.

 Zwitsal sweet dreams massage oil. This one is new for me. But my girl loves to get a massage before bed time. And the mild smell of lavender and chamomile makes your little one fall quiet in sleep. I've got a busy girl do this one is not working for her. But she smells great and she get's a smooth skin.

 This shampoo is not for my baby girl but this is mine...
I just love the smell. In Zwitsal Anti-burdock Shampoo is a mild conditioner that will make you easier to comb through the hair.

This talc powder I use for her skin folds. Specially her neck where all of the spitted milk comes. Zwitsal Talcum powder absorbs moisture and helps to prevent irritated spots on the skin.

 Goodmorning hair gel. I know my babygirl don't have a lot of hair. But I love to make her hair more punky sometimes.

 Zwitsal fragrance sachets I use this for my baby girl her clothing closet. This is why her clothes smells so damn fine...

 Hair lotion I use for her hair just that it smells nice.
It makes her hair soft also.

 Zinc oxide cream I use for my baby girl her buttocks.
Zwitsal zinc oxide cream has just the right consistency to help prevent diaper rash.
Zinc oxide helps nappy rash and diaper rash to recover quickly.
Panthenol ensures that the skin barrier is reinforced.
Also the cream contains calendula,  an ingredient known for its soothing effect. This is why the buttocks stays soft and protected.

Sweet dreams body lotion I use this before she goes to bed.
This is like the massage oil new for me.
But she smells great. A good end to the day and a good start to a night.

Lotion butt wipes, I use this at every diaper change to make her bottom clean.

Snout Polishers I use this to clean her face when it's sticky of the milk.
It has a refreshing scent.

Zwistal parfume mommies favourite!
I use this when I want to smell like a Zwistal bomb haha. Sometimes I spray it on my girl her clothing just for the extra nice smell!

 Body lotion when her skin is not to dry I use this after every wash and bath.
The Zwitsal Body Lotion also keeps the moisture balance of the baby's skin to standard, for soft and supple skin.

 The softing cream I use for her cheecks and face. They get dry often so I use this to get her face nice and soft.

The baby oil I used for my pregnant tummy. And it worked great: No stretch marks!!!
Now I use this for my baby girl her body when it's dry.








This where all of my Zwitsal products. I really love them and I will recomend this to everybody!

So mommy so daughter

I've got a baby girl!!! YEAH. So I can make a minni me!

Well at least I'm trying and want to.

Cats and dogs with babies

Well maybe you all may know that I love animals!

We've got 2 cats and 3 dogs. And I really love them.

1 cat and 1 dog is from my hubby the others are mine.

Specially my cat Audi... I really love him and can't live without him.

He loves to cuddle, can sit on command, if I'm in a argument he's protecting me.

He hated my ex, he peed on his clothes and stuff, he never liked him.

And my new hubby, well they are good friends. It's for the first time he cuddled with a male person.

So I you can say by my cat he's the one ;).

I also love my dogs ofcourse. They are my 4 legged kids. Little bit suborn, but so cute!

When I came home with our little baby girl we where curious how our dogs would react.

And well they where quiet, little bit curious and snif on her. But they don't pay a lot attention to her.

Sometimes my black dog (Baco) come lay with me when I breastfeed her.

My cat look sometimes to her but when she moved he ran away. I think he must to get used of the idea that he's not the only one any more that can cuddle with me.

But they all are nice to her. We also involve them and we're staying to give them attention.

I love to see pictures of cute babies with their pets.

Not to do after giving birth

I've told you my labor story here allready.

When I was laying in the hospital I've heard a lot of stories from the nurses.

So there are really people who just have gave birth and want their phone to call someone that they have a little boy/girl.

When my little girl was born we just can't think of our phone and call someone. We just want to enjoy our moment with the 3 of us (FINALLY).

And did you know that their are really people post a message on facebook right away?

I did not know that. Well I knew that people will post  that they have a baby on facebook but not when you gave birth 10 seconds ago.

The nurses are sometimes shocked when people call or post something while the placenta needs to come out.

When they told us that I was shocked also. You first want to enjoy your precious time with your little one.

We've called our parents and friends like 2hours after giving birth.

Maybe our parents just a little shorter but not right away.

I was breathtaking by our little girl.

Just how tiny she was,how she moved, make little noises.

I just wanted to enjoy that moment and could not think of calling someone or post something online.

But that's everyone for themselves.

cleaning tips by a busy mommy

Just admit it. You hate cleaning also.

Here are some cleaning tips!

After making some smoothies your blender is pretty dirty. Here's how you clean it:

Fill a blender with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then turn it on and blend for a few seconds. Dump, rinse with clean water and dry.

it's summer so bbq time. But how do you clean the grill?

Well with an onion!

Grab half a white onion and rub it across the grate of the hot grill using a fork. This will clean the grate, and just leave flavor for next time.

Done with the rings in your bathtub? Use a grapefruit.

Cut a grapefruit in half and sprinkle it (and the tub) with salt. Now use the fruit as a scrubber and those rings will fade away.

Dishwasher cleaner: Clean your dishwasher by running it on the highest temperature with a cup of vinegar on the top shelf. Then sprinkle some baking soda on the bottom and run it again. Now it's clean,

Done with the sweaty smell in your matrass?

Pour vodka into a spray bottle, spritz lightly across your mattress and leave it to air-dry. The alcohol will kill the odor causing bacteria.

Vomit a disgusting thing to clean.

This is an easy way to do it.

Combine baking soda and water into a paste and spread over the vomit. Let it sit overnight and then you'll be bootable to vacuum it all up the next day.

How the sun sees you

I know it's raining outside. And it does not feel like summer at all.

But did you use your sunscreen if the sun is shining?

I use it the most of the times. But I must say I forgot it often also.

Because I'm an Indo I do not get burnt that quick, but good for your skin?

Well NO...

UV rays can damaged your skin, causes skin aging and can even lead to skin cancer.

That's why it's so important to use sunscreen when the sun in shining!



Thomas Leveritt made a film with an UV-camera how the sun sees people.

After that he askes if they want to put on some sunscreen.

Just see what happend...

Bathing stuff

I'm curious... What kind of stuff do you use when you put your baby into a bath?

And from what brand?

I've always loved the smell of Zwitsal. 

That smell gives me a trusted feeling. It reminds me when I was little, childhood, little sweet cute babies so innocent.

So I'm not afraid to say that in the winter I use Zwitsal soft cream if my body is dry and sometimes I wash my hair with their shampoo. I've also got the parfume and that's not for Liv no that's for me.

And when I was pregnant I've used Zwitsal baby body oil for my tummy. And well I've got no stretchmarks on my belly (only on my legs and on my side where I did not rub it with oil) I did not use the Zwitsal mommy line so I could not tell you if that works. But the baby body oil worked for me!

We've also got the Robijn Zwitsal smell wash softener. And it smells great. I love to use it for my bedding.

So that's the reason I'll use Zwitsal for my baby girl. I've started with the washingfoam and bodylotion. And I think I've got almost everything now. She is my little Zwitsal smelling bomb just like mommy sometimes. 

I've also got a little bag for on vacation. And well we're going on vacation in November but I just want it in our home allready :D. That bag contains: shampoo, bodylotion and washing gel. But in small sizes!! 

I'm very happy about that brand. 

Just love that smell and my baby girl feels very soft after a Zwitsal treat.

I think I'm going to get the good night line also. That's one of the things I don't have.

What to do with baby clothes?!

Did you also get so many clothes for your little one?

Well we did. And it's great to get all those clothes, but I'm a shopoholic and also love to buy clothes for our little one. And I'm very picky if it comes to clothing. 

Not to much pink, not to girly. It must became a real mini me! Sporty, though but feminem. Just a little bit of rock and roll!

But what to do with all those outfits? Some outfits she only can wear ones. And thats to bad. Because everything looks so good on her.

Well I've found an idea. From every outfit she wears I make a picture of it and Put it in a photo album. Next to the picture I write from who she got the clothes or where we bought it.

So you get enough fun pictures of your little one and you can always look back to her cute little outfits. 

cookie dough balls part 2

My second recipe for cookie dough balls.

here you go!

1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 coconut oil
3tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
2tsp cinnamon
shredded coconut (optional)

Mix everything togetherand make nice balls out of it.
Coat it with shredded coconut if desired!
