Stuffed apple

No this is not an apple pie. This is another version of my stuffed apple.

But I think this one looks more festive for this season.

What you need;

1 apple
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup oats
Some cinnamon
Puff pastry

Preheat the oven on 200degrees.
Cut the top of the apple of. Hollow it and make the apple in tiny peaces. Mix it with the honey, oats and cinnamon.
Put your apple mix in to your apple.
Make squares from your puff pastry to close your apple with.
You can use beaten egg on the puff pastry so it get nice golden brown. But I did not do that.
Put your apple in the oven for about 20minutes.

Well you must say: this is much easier than apple pie?

On a lovely summer day I've made this apple sandwich with some yummie fluf.
It's a very easy recipe and for the peanutbutter lovers under us this is just YUM!!!!

You'll need:

1 apple
cinamon
greek yoghurt
peanutbutter

For the fluf:

Mix the peanutbutter and the greek yoghurt. (well that's easy huh?)

remove the core from the apple and cut the apple in half (like my pictures)
Add the fluf on one half of the apple put the other half on it.
Top it off with some cinamon.

Here's your apple sandwich with peanutbutter fluf!

We've all known the amazing famous banana bread!
I've also tried bananabread and ofcourse it taste great.
I will make one again asap and I will post the recipe also. But now I want to try to make a apple bread.
I'll have to wait until my bread machine will arrive, but this you can make in your own oven.
And I've taste it and it is just that great as banana bread.

What you'll need is:

2 apples peeled and chopped
500g spelled flour
1 egg
250 grams of warm water
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons of flaxseed
pecans (optional)

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and knead well until you've got a ball.
Grease a cake tin and put the dough in it.
Bake the bread in 25-30 minutes.

And here you've got your apple bread.
Enjoy!
