Top it off with some cinamon.

Pray for MH17

Goodbye darling,
Goodbye friend,
Goodbye neigbor on the other end.
Goodbye colleague,
Goodbye child,
We're going to a a place here near by.
Goodbye pilot,
Goodbye little son.
Hoping to be loved again whole days long.
Last words, last goodbyes,
Before you step into that airplane and fly high in the sky.
Never knew, never thought
A holliday, business trip ended and stopped.
There is no why, there is no how
Only a empty place feeling hollow.
Maybe I don't know you,
But I feel the pain.
Images entering into my brain.
I don't know how, I don't know why.
Why that airplane crashed in the sky.

Let us put a light on for them,
In memorie of all the passengers of the Malaysia airplane MH17.

Coffee cocktail!!!

Last year I've made such a great icecream cocktail with a good friend of mine!
He saw this recipe in a magazine and we are 2 coffee addicts so we really have to try to make this.

There is only one thing, or maybe 2: this is NOT a healthy recipe and it's NOT pregnancy proof!

What you need is:

Cup of coffee (cool down)
3 tbsp Baileys
Vanilla icecream
Grated almond

Serve in nice cocktail glasses (optional)

Add the vanilla icecream in a glass. Add the baileys over the icecream and at last the coffee.
Top it of with the grated almond.

This is a nice coffee dessert for warm days like these!

Enjoy!

I know that this recipe is not healthy but sometimes you must treat yourself with this warm weather!

Enjoy your warm day!

2 eggplants
olive oil for frying
0.5 bunch dill
40g butter
50 g flour

1 vegetable stock cube
200 ml mascarpone

200 g of salmon

Bring a pan of water and a little salt to the boil.
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Boil the potatoes in about 6 minutes

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees.
Cut the eggplant into slices.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the aubergines over and over in about 6 minutes.
Chop the dill.
Melt for the roux the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook about 1 minute.
Add the water with it while you stirr.
Add the vegetable stock cube. Bring to the boil and cook the roux for about 5 minutes until a thick sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the mascarpone, dill and the half of the grated cheese into the sauce.
Spread half the potatoes, half the eggplant, and half of the salmon on a greased baking dish.
Pour half of the sauce and repeat the operations in the same order. Finish with the remaining grated cheese.
