My second food diary. A bad week, I must say. Planning your healthy meals during hospital visits is damn hard.
But I'll try.

Food diary week 31!



Hello peepz,

Because of my sugar is to high I must keep a food diary. So I can easily see when my sugar is to high and what it makes that it is so high and more important how many grams of carbohydrates I get when eating.
So it looks to me a fun idea to share my food diary with you. I've once had a food diary for a magazine and it was fun to do. You're more beware of what your eating.
So I started at my 31 week pregnancy (so not in years) and I must be honest I started in a bad week.
I was having the flu this week and because of the lots of visits to the hospital and not feeling to well we had a lots of cheatmeals.
But hey, I'm not a saint in eating clean, but I will try to eat clean the most of the time.

25-5-2014 Sunday

8.30 black coffee, 1slice of Waldkorn bread with peanutbutter
1 cup of oatmeal with soy milk (not normal milk)
9.30 1 cup coffee
11.00 1 cup of tea
12.00 1 glas water, 1 frikandels roll (cheat meal)
13.00 1 glas water
16.00 1 glass water
18.00 potato croquettes from the oven with spinach and pork a la moi.
19.00 1 cup tea
19,30 strawberries
21.00 1 glass water

26-5-2014 Monday
Flu begins

9.00 coffee and brinta

13.00 Bubur kacang hijau

19.00 1 cup of vegitable soup (home made) with an half slice of bread

9.00 coffee, greek yoghurt with flexseed and chiaseed with a litlle bit maple sirup

12.00 2 glasses water, 1 slice home made brown bread with houmous
13.00 1 glass water
14.00 baked bimi with garlic and 1 glass banana soy milk
16.45 lemon sorbet ice cream
18.00 french fries with croquette (fast en cheat)

8.15 coffee and  2 spelled rusks with peanut butter

11.45 brownbread 1 slice with garlic butter
and water with squeezed lemon

21.00 little hot dog sausages for during the soccer game and a glass of water
