cookie dough balls part 1

Who does not love to lick the spoon with dough when you're making a cake?
But with all those unprepaired eggs and stuff it's just not healthy.

Here's a healthy treat: cookie dough balls.
I've made 2.
Here's recipe 1!

You'll need:

1/3 cup oats
1tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut oil
stevia for the sweet taste
3 tbsp cocoa powder

mix everything together and make little balls out of it.
Keep it in the fridge to keep them nice and tasty!

Home made Bounty candy bar

We all know the sweet candy chocolate bar bounty. It takes us to a magicall place with white sand beaches, palmtrees and a bleu see.
Now the summer is nearly here a bounty snack taste good with this feeling. Sitting by a pool dreaming away.
Well I must say dream on. There are no white beaches or palmtrees here where I live. Haha.
But how much I love the taste of a tropical coconut, this bounty snack is not that healthy.
So I've made one of my own.

What you've need:
1cup shredded coconut
some drops of stevia
2 tbsp coconut oil
and I've used 80% cacoa chocolate melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
silicone ice mold

Combine the shredded coconut, coconut oil, stevia and vanilla extract together.
Press the filling into the ice mold. Freeze this about 30minutes.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate. I've put the chocolate into a little plactic bag and put this in hot water.
Pop the harded coconut treats out of the mold and dip this into the melted chocolate.
Put them back in to the fridge.

Healthy brownie without chocolate

Here another healthy brownie recipe, without chocolate!
This is also as yummie as the other brownie made of quinoa. You can find the recipe here.
But this is another recipe and it's just as delicious and tasty.
I love to serve this with raspberries.

So what you need is:
50gram sweet potato
1banana
1egg (only the eggwhites)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp of oatmeal

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees.

Cut the sweet patatoes to small pieces and cook them for 10 minutes.
Then mix all the ingredients together. The easiest way is with a hand blender. Mix everything till you've got a smooth texture.
Grease a small cake mold with coconut oil.
Pour the batter into the mold. Bake it for about 15 till 30 minutes. The brownie is done when you can put a toothpick into the brownie and it will came out dry.

Let it cool down and bon apetit!

Chocolate fudge

I've found a new recipe and now I'm really addicted. Sometimes I've got a huge chocolate craving. And last time I've made a delicious quinoa brownie. Now it was time to make a chocolate fudge. We all know fudge with caramel flavour but this one is with 100% cacoa. It's also a healthy snack. But if you are a chocolate addict like me than you will eat to many of those and that's also not that great haha.

Here is how you make it.
100 grams of coconut butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Put everything in a saucepan and mix together on a low heat.
If you have a smooth mixture you put it in a mold.
That may be an ice mold or a cupcake form.
Store it in the freezer.
And your chocolate fudge snacks is ready.

It goes well with a cup of tea or a cup of coffee.
There is only 1 warning: It's addictive yummy!
Ow and this one is boyfriend proof. My hubby does not like that much of healthy home made stuff but this one he likes ;).

“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.”
