Salmon and sweet patatoes

I've made this dinner a couple of weeks ago.
I just feel like eating salmon and salicornia.
So I have made this dish:

What you need:

Sweet patatoes in pieces.
salicornia
salmon
lime
salt and pepper.

Cook the sweet patatoes until they are done.
I wrapped the salmon in aluminum foil and added some lime juice and pepper and salt on it.
I put this in the oven (200 degrees) for 15 a 20 minutes.
I've cooked the salicornia for 5 minutes.
I topped the salmon of with some basil from our own yard and a slice of lime.
A lovely dinner like you are at see ;)

fast moussaka with salmon

When we go out for dinner at a greek restaurant I always take moussaka.
I just love that. So I want to try to make one of my own and use salmon with it instead of meatloaf.
I hope you like this recipe.

What you'll need:

600 g of potatoes
2 eggplants
olive oil for frying
0.5 bunch dill
40g butter
50 g flour
400 ml of water
1 vegetable stock cube
200 ml mascarpone
100g grated cheese
200 g of salmon

Bring a pan of water and a little salt to the boil.
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Boil the potatoes in about 6 minutes

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees.
Cut the eggplant into slices.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the aubergines over and over in about 6 minutes.
Chop the dill.
Melt for the roux the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook about 1 minute.
Add the water with it while you stirr.
Add the vegetable stock cube. Bring to the boil and cook the roux for about 5 minutes until a thick sauce. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the mascarpone, dill and the half of the grated cheese into the sauce.
Spread half the potatoes, half the eggplant, and half of the salmon on a greased baking dish.
Pour half of the sauce and repeat the operations in the same order. Finish with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake the moussaka with salmon in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.

sweet mashed potatoes with salmon and asparagus

I love sweet potatoes. They are rich of vitamins C and E.
They taste very sweet and you can do so much with it.
Now it was time to make a mashed potatoe of it with salmon and asparagus. It's pretty easy to make this dish (no worries).

What you need:
Asparagus
salmon
sweet patatoes
parsley
pepper
bread-crumbs
beaten egg

Cook the asparagus for 10 minutes.
Cook the sweet patatoes for about 20minutes till it's done.
Put the salmon with some pepper on it for 15/20 minutes in the oven (180 degrees).
Roll the asparagus in the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Bake until they are golden brown.
Chop the parsley and add them to the sweet potatoes. Mash the potatoes with parsley through it.

I've told you this dish would be pretty easy.

Don't give me no rotten tomato, 'cause all I ever wanted was your sweet potato.
