Stuffed apple

No this is not an apple pie. This is another version of my stuffed apple.

But I think this one looks more festive for this season.

What you need;

1 apple
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup oats
Some cinnamon
Puff pastry

Preheat the oven on 200degrees.
Cut the top of the apple of. Hollow it and make the apple in tiny peaces. Mix it with the honey, oats and cinnamon.
Put your apple mix in to your apple.
Make squares from your puff pastry to close your apple with.
You can use beaten egg on the puff pastry so it get nice golden brown. But I did not do that.
Put your apple in the oven for about 20minutes.

Well you must say: this is much easier than apple pie?

Coffee cocktail!!!

Last year I've made such a great icecream cocktail with a good friend of mine!
He saw this recipe in a magazine and we are 2 coffee addicts so we really have to try to make this.

There is only one thing, or maybe 2: this is NOT a healthy recipe and it's NOT pregnancy proof!

What you need is:

Cup of coffee (cool down)
3 tbsp Baileys
Vanilla icecream
Grated almond

Serve in nice cocktail glasses (optional)

Add the vanilla icecream in a glass. Add the baileys over the icecream and at last the coffee.
Top it of with the grated almond.

This is a nice coffee dessert for warm days like these!

Enjoy!

I know that this recipe is not healthy but sometimes you must treat yourself with this warm weather!

Enjoy your warm day!

I love cauliflower and not only with cooked patatoes.
This recipe is very simple and it's such a yummy snack for the evenings.

Preheat the oven on 200 degrees.

What you need is some, olive oil, cauliflower and cajun spices and chilli spices.

While they where talking I was reading a magazine waiting till my gynecologist is come to get me for my appointment.
They where still talking about it and when my gynecologist come to get me one of the woman asked me out of the blue: "You will also be relieved if you've had the 20 week ultrasound and everything is all right?"
Then I respond without thinking: "I will be glad if I shall be initiated in about 6 weeks".
The whole waiting room was in shock. They where looking at my bump and the looking to me, looking to their bump and again looking at mine.
My gynecologist did not stop laughing.
